Customer Support: Respond to routine customer inquiries using standard templates and customise responses for non-routine requests.
Compliance Management: Follow established compliance processes and report any non-compliance issues you encounter.
File Management: Create, organise, and maintain files for correspondence and records, ensuring everything is in order.
Team Collaboration: Assist your colleagues by performing routine customer needs support tasks while coordinating with support services.
