As a Customer Liaison Officer, you will be:
Acting as the main point of contact for residents throughout refurbishment works.
Proactively arranging appointments and following up on no-access properties.
Building positive relationships with residents and local communities.
Providing clear communication on planned works, timescales and project updates.
Resolving customer queries and access issues quickly and professionally.
Liaising closely with site teams to ensure works are delivered efficiently.

Previous experience as a Customer Liaison Officer, Tenant Liaison Officer, Resident Liaison Officer or in a similar customer-facing role.
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
Experience dealing with sensitive situations and resolving customer concerns.

Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office.
Previous experience within social housing, planned maintenance or construction (desirable).Key requirements for this Customer Liaison Officer role:
Full UK Driving Licence.
Access to your own vehicle (business mileage reimbursed).
Willingness to travel extensively across the Yorkshire region.
Ability to stay away overnight when required.

This is a field-based role with extensive travel and regular overnight stays.
A typical working week will include:
Northumberland – One overnight stay per week (approximately two working days).
Following completion of the Northumberland project, travel will move to Liverpool, again involving one overnight stay per week (approximately two working days).
The remaining working days will be spent across North Yorkshire, Sheffield, Hull and Rotherham.Candidates based around Leeds or the surrounding areas would be ideally located; however, we welcome applications from anyone who is happy to travel extensively and stay away from home when required.
