Overview of the Role:
- The role will be a front of house role, and will involve handling all incoming calls, dealing with contractors, admin, diary management, general administration duties and supporting property managers on a daily basis. The successful candidate must have previous property administrator/coordinator experience.
.Core Responsibilities
- Maintenance Management: Log repair requests, diagnose maintenance issues, instruct approved contractors, track quotation workflows, and issue works orders.
- Tenancy Renewals: Administer renewal documentation, manage end-to-end correspondence, and accurately raise associated landlord/tenant fees.
- Financial Administration: Proactively monitor and resolve rent arrears in line with company credit control procedures.
- General Operations: Coordinate inventory returns, update property management software, and provide comprehensive administrative support to the team.
Candidate Requirements
- Industry Experience: A minimum of 1–2 years of proven experience within property , or Estate Agency environment is essential.
- Technical Knowledge: Demonstrable experience in managing maintenance workflows.
- Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with specific strength in professional report writing and formal correspondence.
- IT Literacy: Proficiency across the Microsoft Office suite (specifically Outlook, Word, and Excel).
- Logistics: A valid, clean UK driving licence and access to your own reliable vehicle is desirable.
- Attributes: A self-motivated professional with exceptional multi-tasking skills and a highly methodical approach to task prioritisation.
