Goods In Warehouse Operative (FLT/PPT)
Location: Rugby Swift Park, CV21
Shift: PM Shift, Monday to Friday
Hours: 2:00pm – 10:00pm
Pay: £13.50 per hour for the first 12 weeks, increasing to £15.42 per hour after 12 weeks
Contract: Temp to Perm
Frontline Recruitment is recruiting on behalf of a well-established logistics operation in Rugby. We are looking for an experienced Goods In Warehouse Operative with an FLT and/or PPT licence to join a busy warehouse team on a long-term temp-to-perm basis.

The Role
-
Booking in deliveries and processing relevant paperwork
-
Unloading and loading vehicles safely and efficiently

Booking in drivers and managing delivery documentation
-
Counting, checking, and verifying incoming stock
-
Locating stock within the warehouse and ensuring correct storage

Maintaining stock accuracy and inventory control

Supporting the wider warehouse operation as required

Following all health and safety procedures
The Ideal Candidate
-
Previous Goods In and warehouse experience is essential

Valid Forklift Truck and/or PPT licence (internal or external)

Strong attention to detail and accuracy

Experience working with delivery paperwork and stock checks

Reliable, hardworking, and safety-conscious

Good communication and teamwork skills

Positive attitude and willingness to learn
