Typical Duties
- Working on production and assembly lines
- Operating machinery and production equipment
- Packing, labelling and palletising finished products
- Carrying out quality inspections
- Following production schedules and work instructions
- Maintaining high housekeeping and hygiene standards
- Adhering to health and safety procedures
- Working efficiently as part of a team to meet production targets
What We're Looking For
- Previous manufacturing or production experience is beneficial but not essential for all roles
- Good attention to detail
- Reliable with a strong work ethic
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Flexibility to work various shift patterns when required
- Good communication and teamwork skills
