Night Warehouse Operative
Location: Northampton
Job Type: Temp to Perm
Shift Pattern: Sunday to Thursday, 10:00pm – 6:00am
We are currently recruiting for two Night Warehouse Operatives to join a busy and fast-paced warehouse in Northampton. This is an excellent temp-to-perm opportunity for reliable and motivated individuals looking for long-term employment.
Duties include:

Loading and unloading deliveries.

Picking, packing and preparing orders for dispatch.

Moving stock safely and efficiently around the warehouse.

Carrying out stock checks and inventory duties.

Completing warehouse paperwork accurately.

Maintaining a clean, organised and safe working environment.

Following all health and safety procedures.

Working towards daily productivity and accuracy targets.
Requirements:

Previous warehouse experience is essential.

Experience operating FLT, PPT and/or LLOP is desirable but not essential, as full training can be provided for the right candidate.

Good attention to detail and accuracy.

Reliable with a strong work ethic.

Comfortable working night shifts in a busy warehouse environment.

Able to work independently and as part of a team.
