Mint Selection are currently recruiting General Operatives to support the delivery of a major Energy Storage project based in Exeter.
This is an excellent opportunity to join one of the UK's largest energy infrastructure projects and work alongside a leading principal contractor delivering critical energy transition projects.
Responsibilities
-
General site labouring and operative duties
-
Assisting trades and site management teams
-
Keeping work areas clean, safe and organised
-
Supporting material deliveries and site logistics
-
Assisting with installation teams where required
-
Following all site health & safety procedures
-
Completing tasks as instructed by supervisors and site management
Requirements
-
Previous experience working on construction, infrastructure or energy projects
-
Valid CSCS Card (Essential)
-
Must be able to provide two strong, recent work references
-
CPCS/NPORS Plant Tickets advantageous but not essential
-
Strong work ethic with a proactive attitude
-
Ability to work effectively as part of a busy site team

Full UK driving licence desirable
