£26,800 per annum + Monthly Bonus
Full-Time - 37.5 Hours Per Week, Monday to Friday 8am - 4:30pm. Please note there will be required flexibility to work weekends if the client requires.

What You'll Be Doing
Deliver outstanding customer service in both Russian and English via phone, live chat and email.
Assist customers with hotel bookings, flight enquiries and a variety of travel-related questions.
Take ownership of customer queries from start to finish, ensuring every issue is resolved efficiently.
Build rapport with customers while providing a friendly, professional and empathetic service.
Work towards individual and team performance targets while maintaining exceptional quality.
Navigate multiple systems confidently to find solutions quickly.
Work closely with colleagues to continuously improve the customer experience.
What We're Looking For
Fluent Russian and English (spoken and written).
Previous customer service experience, ideally within a contact centre, hospitality, retail or travel environment.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Confident using multiple computer systems simultaneously.
Fast and accurate typing skills, with the ability to manage several live chats.
A positive attitude with the ability to remain calm under pressure.
Motivated to learn, develop and build a long-term career.
Experience within the travel industry is beneficial but not essential.
