Job Title: Groundsman / Manual Labourer
Working Hours:
Monday to Friday
£13.54 per hour AND weekly pay
Location: Chertsey , Surrey
Role Summary:
To carry out grounds maintenance and general manual labour duties to ensure outdoor areas are safe, clean, and well maintained.
Key Responsibilities:
Grass cutting, strimming, and hedge trimming.
Digging and preparing ground for planting, landscaping, drainage, and maintenance works.
Planting, watering, and maintaining trees, shrubs, and flower beds.
Litter picking and keeping outdoor areas clean.
Assisting with fencing, paving, and minor repairs.
Loading, unloading, and moving materials and equipment.
Operating and maintaining grounds maintenance machinery and hand tools safely.
Following health and safety procedures at all times.
Working as part of a team and completing tasks to a high standard.Skills and Experience:
Experience in grounds maintenance, landscaping, or manual labour is desirable but not essential.
Physically fit and able to carry out manual tasks, including digging, lifting, and working outdoors in all weather conditions.
Reliable, hardworking, and punctual.
Able to use hand tools and power equipment safely.
Full UK driving licence is desirable
