Role Responsibilities
As a Healthcare Assistant, you will be responsible for:

Providing high-quality personal care and support to service users.

Assisting with washing, dressing, toileting, and mobility needs.

Supporting individuals with eating, drinking, and medication prompts.

Promoting independence, dignity, privacy, and respect at all times.

Maintaining accurate care records and reporting any concerns to senior staff.

Assisting residents with social activities and emotional support.

Following safeguarding, infection control, and health & safety procedures.
Requirements
To be considered for this role, applicants should have:

Minimum 6 months of UK care experience (preferred).

Right to work in the UK.

Enhanced DBS on the Update Service or willingness to apply.

Mandatory training certificates (Manual Handling, Basic Life Support, Safeguarding, Infection Control, etc.).

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

A compassionate, reliable, and professional approach to care.

Driving licence and access to a vehicle would be advantageous but not essential.
