Duties:
Providing comprehensive administrative support to the insurance team.
Processing policy documentation, endorsements and renewals.
Maintaining accurate client and policy records.
Liaising with brokers, underwriters and clients via telephone and email.
Producing reports, correspondence and insurance documentation.
Handling data entry and updating internal systems.
Managing inboxes and responding to queries in a timely manner.
Supporting compliance and regulatory requirements.
Assisting with policy amendments and general insurance administration.
Requirements:
Previous administration experience within the insurance industry is essential.
Good understanding of insurance terminology, policies and documentation.
Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel and Outlook.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Professional, proactive and adaptable approach.
