Part time, Monday & Tuesday contract, 8am to 5pm with agreed overtime to cover additional days
Pay rate :£12.71

As a Receptionist, you will be at the heart of their Hemel Hempstead Corporate Head Office, providing a warm and professional welcome to visitors, clients and colleagues. This varied role supports the day-to-day running of the office, ensuring front-of-house operations are managed efficiently while delivering essential administrative support and providing an organised and positive workplace experience.
What you'll do
Provide a professional, friendly and welcoming experience for all visitors, clients and colleagues.
Manage visitor and contractor access and issue security passes in line with site procedures.
Support the booking and coordination of meeting rooms and event coordination.
Process and distribute incoming and outgoing mail accurately and efficiently.
Monitor stationery stock levels and place orders to ensure supplies are maintained.
Carry out monthly checks of first aid boxes and maintain accurate inspection records.Who you are

Previous customer service or reception experience is essential.
Full working knowledge of GDPR and compliance.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the confidence to engage professionally with colleagues, visitors and stakeholders at all levels.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Teams, Outlook and Excel. Knowledge of Condeco & Net2 desirable.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
