Multi Trades Recruitment is looking for a Multi Trade Operative to begin work for a well-established company in the Cheltenham area.
About the role:
Working Hours – Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm
Pay Rate – £18.00–£22.00 per hour (dependent on experience)
Brief Role Description – Carrying out customer care and defect repair works across various sites throughout Gloucestershire. This role involves completing a range of maintenance and remedial works, liaising with the Customer Care team, and travelling between sites to ensure repairs are completed to a high standard.

Previous experience carrying out customer care and defect repairs essential

Full UK driving licence essential

Confident completing a variety of trade tasks to a high standard

Strong communication and organisational skills

Able to work independently and manage workloads across multiple sites

Main Duties:

Carrying out customer care defects and remedial repairs

Liaising with the Customer Care team regarding defect management

Scheduling, planning and completing repair works

Travelling to various sites across Gloucestershire

Reporting completed works back to head office

Collecting and delivering materials between sites when required

Providing general assistance across multiple sites during quieter periods

Maintaining excellent customer service and high standards of workmanship
