The Role
They are seeking a caring, enthusiastic and motivated Special Needs Learning Support Assistant to join their team in Burgess Hill. You will play a key role in supporting pupils with additional needs, helping them to access learning, develop independence, and achieve meaningful outcomes.
Key Responsibilities for a Special Needs Learning Support Assistant
Support pupils on a 1:1 basis and in small groups
Assist with the delivery of personalised learning programmes
Support communication, social and emotional development
Help manage behaviour positively and effectively
Work closely with teachers, therapists and families
Provide personal care where required
About You
Experience working with children or young people with SEN (desirable)
A patient, empathetic and resilient approach
Strong teamwork and communication skills
A commitment to inclusive education
Willingness to undertake training and professional development
Able to commute to Burgess Hill

Monday to Friday, 08:45 to 16:00, PAYE, term time only
£93-£105 per day
