Are you an organised, proactive individual who enjoys keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes? We are looking for an Administrator with experience in a construction-related industry to join the team who will shortly be moving to a new site in Cannock. You will play a vital role in ensuring the efficient day-to-day operations, working closely with Preconstruction colleagues from initial order through to commencement on site.
Your role as Administrator will involve:
Assisting with administration of activities in the preconstruction phase, taking into account design, commercial and delivery
Maintaining accurate records / documentation
Liaising with your clients' design teams and the supply chain
Assisting with handover meetings before commencement on siteAre you:
Experienced in working in the construction industry or related sectors
Well organised, able to plan, organise and prioritise your tasks with minimum supervision
Able to communicate clearly and build effective working relationships
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Possessing full UK driving licence
As Administrator you can expect to receive:
Salary up to £35,000 (+ access to bonus scheme) and annual salary review
Generous holiday allowance, increasing with service and with the option to buy, sell or carry over up to 5 days
