About the Role
We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Call Centre Advisors to join our growing team. As the first point of contact for our customers, you will play a key role in delivering outstanding service, resolving enquiries efficiently, and ensuring every customer receives a positive experience.

Key Responsibilities

Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally and efficiently.

Respond to customer enquiries via telephone and email.

Resolve customer issues at the first point of contact wherever possible.

Accurately update customer records using internal systems.

Process customer requests and follow company procedures.

Escalate complex queries to the appropriate department when required.

Meet individual and team performance targets.

Deliver excellent customer service on every interaction.
Essential Skills & Experience

Previous experience in a call centre or customer service environment is preferred but not essential.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Strong listening and problem-solving abilities.

Good IT skills and confidence using multiple computer systems.

Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.

Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.

Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Desirable Skills

Experience using CRM or customer management systems.

Sales, retention or complaint handling experience.

Experience working to KPIs or service level agreements.
