About the Organisation
Our client is a respected and expanding training provider delivering Adult Education Budget (AEB), employability, and vocational skills programmes across the UK.
Working in partnership with employers and community organisations, they provide industry-led training designed to develop the practical skills, confidence, and workplace behaviours required within logistics, warehousing, manufacturing, and supply chain environments. The Role
As a Lean & Warehouse Tutor, you'll deliver practical training that prepares adult learners for employment within warehouse, logistics, and supply chain environments.
Key responsibilities include:

Delivering engaging training in warehouse operations, logistics, stock control, and Lean methodologies.

Teaching continuous improvement techniques including 5S, Kaizen, waste reduction, root cause analysis, and process improvement.

Supporting learners working towards vocational qualifications, including City & Guilds, Pearson, or EAL qualifications.

Monitoring learner progress through coaching, reviews, and ongoing learner support.

Ensuring delivery meets AEB funding requirements, quality standards, and Ofsted expectations.

Maintaining accurate learner records and funding documentation.

Working closely with employer partners to ensure training reflects current industry requirements.

Developing learners' employability skills, confidence, workplace behaviours, and health and safety awareness.
The Ideal Candidate
We're looking for an experienced industry professional with a passion for teaching and developing adult learners.
You'll have:

Experience within warehouse operations, logistics, manufacturing, or supply chain environments.

Strong knowledge of Lean manufacturing and continuous improvement methodologies.

Experience using Lean tools including 5S, Kaizen, waste reduction, and process improvement techniques.

Excellent communication, coaching, and organisational skills.

The ability to motivate, engage, and support adult learners.

Good IT and administrative skills.
Desirable:

Experience delivering AEB-funded training, employability programmes, or vocational education.

A teaching qualification such as AET, PTLLS, CET, or equivalent.

Experience delivering Skills Bootcamps, apprenticeships, or vocational qualifications.

Knowledge of Ofsted EIF, ESFA funding requirements, and Further Education (FE) quality standards.
