Job Description
As a Customer Success Advisor you will drive digital sales and build strong customer relationships by delivering customer-centric solutions. This role is essential in ensuring customer satisfaction and driving sales.
Key Accountabilities for a Customer Success Advisor with Rexel:
Delivering customer-centric solutions to meet internal and external customer needs, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
Communicate via multiple channels; phone, email, Teams, external portals and web chat to ensure all issues are resolved.
Building and maintaining strong customer relationships.
Stay within agreed SLAs to ensure the best customer journey possible.
Building partnerships and working collaboratively with others to meet shared objectives.
Providing web access and management for internal and external customers.
Manage and maintain social media interactions, working with our internal marketing team.
Manage partnership agreements and competition winners.
Meeting commitments and ensuring timely delivery of services.
Coordinating with internal teams such as supply chain, people services and finance to ensure smooth operations.

Ideally you will have experience of working in a competitive customer focused role where you are comfortable working towards and exceeding sales targets
Customer centric and a self-starter, you will enjoy developing the business through phone-based relationships, becoming the subject matter expert for your customers
A flexible approach and an ability to work under pressure whilst identifying business opportunities
