As a Soldering Operative, you will play a key role in the manufacturing and assembly of high-quality products, with a particular focus on through-hole soldering and electronic assembly. You will work accurately and efficiently to ensure all products are completed to a high standard and in line with company quality procedures.
Soldering Operative Job Details & Benefits;

37 hours per week, Monday – Thursday 7:30am – 15:30pm and Friday 7:00am – 12:00pm

Soldering Operative Role and Responsibilities include;
-
Soldering electric components including through -hole soldering
-
Completing wire preparations, connections and crimping
-
PCB Assembly and component placements
-
Product programming, testing and calibration
-
Producing products to a high standard and maintaining quality and attention to detail
-
Working to daily and weekly production targets
-
Remaining compliant with processes and standards

Follow work instructions, drawings and process documentation
-
Report any quality issues to supervisors
Soldering Operative Person Specification;
-
We are looking for someone who has previous experience in electronics manufacturing
-
Understanding of electronics and mechanical assembly
-
Experience in through-hole soldering and small component work
-
Reliable and Punctual
-
Ability to work independently or as part of a team

Positive can-do attitude
