Food and Beverage Assistant - Oxford City Centre
Our client, an established college in Oxford, is hiring a dedicated Food and Beverage Assistant on a full-time, permanent basis. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a friendly team in a vibrant environment, supporting high standards of food service and customer care.
What you'll be doing:
- Assisting with food preparation in the Café and Pizza Bar, ensuring quality and presentation
- Serving food and beverages with professionalism and a friendly approach
- Monitoring cleanliness and hygiene standards across all food and beverage areas
- Using equipment and ingredients correctly, adhering to health and safety regulations
- Assisting with food service in the main dining hall, SCR, Bar, and other areas when required
- Supporting casual staff and participating in training as directed by the Food & Beverage Manager

Additional details:
- Working hours: 40 hours per week, on a rota including weekends
- Salary: £27,382 per annum
- Ideally, candidates will hold a full UK driving licence (not essential)
- No formal qualifications required, but a keen interest in food service is essential
