Contract Administrator - Royal Brompton Hospital, London
£145-£160 per day | 4-Week Rolling Contract | Temp to Perm | Start: 06/07
We are looking for a reliable and organised Contracts administrator to join a leading building services and engineering company based at Royal Brompton Hospital.
This is a 4-week rolling contract with the potential to become permanent for the right person.
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am - 4:30pm (you must be ready to start at 8:00am).
Responsibilities
Answer calls and emails relating to maintenance requests.
Log and allocate jobs using the helpdesk system.
Schedule engineers and monitor job progress.
Liaise with engineers and the client to provide updates.
Maintain accurate records and assist with general administration.
Deliver excellent customer service in a busy environment.About You
Previous contract admin, helpdesk, customer service or administration experience.
Facilities management or engineering experience is an advantage but not essential.
Good IT and communication skills.
Reliable, organised and able to work under pressure.Training will be provided, making this a great opportunity for someone looking to build a career within the facilities management sector.
