Multi Trade Operative (Joiner / Plasterer Preferred)

We are currently looking for experienced Multi Trade Operatives to join my clients team working on a local authority housing contract across the Birmingham area.
This is a long-term opportunity carrying out repairs and maintenance in both void and occupied properties, with a company van provided.
The RoleYou'll be responsible for completing a wide range of maintenance and repair works to a high standard, ensuring excellent customer service when working in occupied homes.
Ideally, You Will Be:
A qualified Joiner or Plasterer with experience in multi-trade repairs.
Competent in carrying out a variety of maintenance works, including:
Joinery
Plastering
Basic plumbing
Tiling
Painting and decorating
Patch repairs
General property maintenanceRequirements
Relevant trade qualification (preferred).
Experience working within social housing, local authority, or responsive repairs.
Ability to work independently and manage your workload effectively.
Good communication and customer service skills.
Full UK driving licence.What's on Offer
