Assembly Operative
Location: Hythe
Contract: Temporary to Permanent
Pay Rate: £12.21 per hour, reviewed after 3 months
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8am-5pm

Day-to-day of the role:
Utilise handheld tools such as drills, screwdrivers and hammers to assemble components into finished products.
Follow detailed assembly instructions, processes and procedures to meet production timelines.
Maintain a clean and organise work area to ensure a safe working environment.
Conduct quality control checks on assembled products to ensure they meet the required standards.
Collaborate with team members to optimise assembly processes and enhance productivity.Required Skills & Qualifications:
Comfortable with manual handling and the physical aspects of the role.
Ability to use basic handheld tools effectively.
Previous experience in assembly, factory work, or related fields is desirable.
A strong interest or background in practical subjects or a passion for hands-on work.
Due to the location, having your own transport is ideal.Benefits:
