Production Operative (Nights)
Location: Burton upon Trent
Pay Rate: £17.95 per hour
Shift Pattern:
Monday to Thursday: 10:00pm - 6:00am
Friday: 6:00pm - 1:30amThe Best Connection are currently recruiting for Production Operatives to join our clients night shift team. This is an excellent opportunity to work for a leading manufacturer in a modern production environment.
The Role
As a Production Operative, you will be working within the Moulding Shop, operating moulding machines to produce high-quality polymer components. You will be responsible for ensuring products meet quality standards while maintaining a safe and efficient working environment.
Key Responsibilities
Operating and monitoring moulding machines
Loading and unloading materials as required
Carrying out visual quality checks on finished products
Trimming, inspecting, and packaging components
Recording production data accurately
Keeping the work area clean and tidy
Following all health and safety procedures
What We're Looking For
Previous manufacturing or production experience preferred
Experience operating machinery would be advantageous
Good attention to detail and quality standards
Good level of Maths & English
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Reliable, punctual, and committed to working night shifts
A positive attitude and willingness to learn
