HR Project Administrator
Location: Hull (Full-time, office-based)
Contract: Minimum 6-week temporary assignment
Salary: £14.30-£14.50 per hour
We're recruiting on behalf of a well-established civil engineering business in Hull for an organised and detail-oriented HR Project Administrator to support the HR Manager with an important HR records project.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced administrator who enjoys working methodically, has exceptional attention to detail, and takes pride in keeping information accurate and organised.
The Role
Working closely with the HR Manager, you'll play a key role in a project to consolidate, standardise and digitise employee records. You'll be responsible for reviewing hard-copy personnel files, identifying any missing documentation, and ensuring all employee records are accurately digitised in line with an established filing structure.
You'll also provide administrative support with creating and updating employee contracts and other HR documentation as required.

About You
Previous administration experience is
Exceptional organisational skills and attention to
Confident working with both paper-based and digital filing
Able to manage a high volume of documentation accurately and
Strong IT skills, including Microsoft
Able to work independently while managing priorities
Previous HR administration experience would be advantageous but is not essential.
