You'll be assisting a community-focused charity supporting vulnerable individuals, due to the nature of the role this position requires a character with lots of empathy, patience and understanding.
Work Pattern
You must be available from July 20th to July 28th
Monday to Friday, 09:00-16:30 (30-minute lunch)
Fully office-based in Central Bristol (BS1)
Your new role
Act as the front-of-house lead, managing calls, emails and visitor enquiries
Welcome visitors, providing a professional and friendly first point of contact
Assess visitor needs and direct them to appropriate staff members
Carry out general administrative duties including printing, scanning and data entry
Organise daily workload around reception and office support tasks
What you'll need to succeed
Strong administrative skills with a professional approach
Experience in charity, healthcare or similar environments is preferred
Excellent organisational skills and ability to multitask
Warm, empathetic and approachable manner
Strong communication skills and ability to work within a team
Basic Excel or spreadsheet knowledge desirable
