Role: Customer Service Executive
Location: Central Milton Keynes (Hybrid Working)
Hours: Full Time, Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 5:00pm (37.5 hours per week)
Salary: £14.77 per hour

Key Responsibilities
Handling inbound customer enquiries via telephone and email
Providing a high level of customer service at all times
Resolving customer queries efficiently and professionally
Managing more complex enquiries with empathy and attention to detail
Updating customer records accurately
Working collaboratively with colleagues to achieve positive customer outcomes
Following company policies, procedures and compliance requirements
What We're Looking For
Previous experience in a customer service role
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail
A positive, professional and customer-focused approach
Good IT skills and confidence using multiple systems
The ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
