In the Fluent Welsh Customer Service Advisor role, you will be:
Acting as the first point of contact for customers by telephone, email and letter, providing advice, guidance and support with a range of enquiries, including payments and account queries
Speaking with customers to update personal information, carry out routine checks, and identify any additional support they may require
Responding to maintenance and service requests, updating internal systems, raising work requests and coordinating follow-up actions
Completing a variety of administration tasks, including updating customer records, processing compliance documentation and maintaining accurate work logs
Delivering a professional, customer-focused service while ensuring information is handled accurately and confidentially
To be successful, you will need:
Ability to speak Welsh to Level 3, with confidence in everyday conversations and discussions
Previous experience in a customer-focused role with excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills
Strong administration skills with excellent attention to detail
Good IT and keyboard skills, including experience using Microsoft Office and Windows-based systems
A positive, organised approach with the ability to prioritise workloads, solve problems and work to deadlines
This is a permanent position working full time, 35 hours per week, Monday to Friday, office-based near Llandudno, annual salary of £28,210 plus an excellent benefits package.
