We are EPC (Engineering, Procurement and Construction) Contractor company whose headquarter is based at Malaysia. Currently we are working for an exciting Semiconductor project at Dresden for a World Leading Customer, delivering specialist scope of work in Clean-Room architectural, Mechanical and Electrical services. We are looking for young talents to join our team.
- Update and maintain BIM models to ensure accuracy and compliance with project requirements.
- Produce BIM models and CAD drawings in accordance with internal CAD guidelines and the BIM Execution Plan (BEP).
- Manage and track drawing status, revisions, and documentation throughout the project lifecycle.
- Extract Bills of Quantities (BOQ) from BIM models to support project planning and cost estimation.
- Prepare and set up drawings for submission to clients and subcontractors.
- Receive instructions from package owners and develop corresponding design drawings.
- Plot drawings in both digital and hardcopy formats for design reviews; scan and archive marked-up drawings.
- Assist package owners with drawing revisions and the issuance of addenda.
- Support the BIM Coordinator in clash detection and resolution processes.
- Proficient in Navisworks, Revit and AutoCAD, with strong presentation and documentation ability using MS PowerPoint, Excel, Word, etc.
- Minimum 2 years of professional experience in MEP modelling, large scale project experience is a plus
- Ability to work independently with a structured, analytical, and solution-oriented approach
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Fluent in English (professional and written communication), other languages is a plus
