Dutch Customer Service Advisor
Location: Edinburgh
Salary: £26,800 per annum + Monthly Commission
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am - 4:30pm
Our client is currently recruiting for a Dutch Customer Service Advisor to join their growing team in Edinburgh. The Role
As a Dutch Customer Service Advisor, you will manage a high volume of customer enquiries via telephone, live chat, and email. Working within a busy customer service environment, you will take full ownership of travel-related queries, resolving issues from start to finish while delivering an exceptional customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
Manage a high volume of customer contacts across phone, live chat, and email while maintaining excellent service standards.
Take ownership of customer enquiries and resolve travel-related issues efficiently from start to finish.
Work collaboratively within a high-performing team to achieve shared goals and service objectives.
Meet and exceed key performance indicators including Customer Satisfaction (CSAT), Quality Assurance (QA), and Average Handling Time (AHT).
Stay up to date with company policies, procedures, and travel product updates.
Identify opportunities for process improvements and share feedback with the wider team.
Represent the company's values and professionalism in every customer interaction.
Maintain excellent attendance, punctuality, and schedule adherence.
About You
You are passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and enjoy solving problems while creating positive experiences for every customer. You build rapport quickly, remain calm under pressure, and communicate confidently across multiple channels.
As a successful Dutch Customer Service Advisor, you are motivated by achieving targets, take ownership of your performance, and consistently deliver high-quality customer service. You thrive in a fast-paced, KPI-driven environment and can confidently manage multiple systems and conversations simultaneously.

Skills & Experience
Previous customer service experience, ideally within a contact centre or call centre environment.
Fluent in both Dutch and English (written and spoken).
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Strong multitasking ability with accurate typing skills.
Confident using multiple computer systems and learning new platforms quickly.
Calm and professional approach when handling challenging customer situations.
Proven ability to achieve KPIs and performance targets.
Adaptable, motivated, and eager to learn.
Travel or tourism industry experience is desirable but not essential.
