Salary: Up to £40,000 per annum (DOE)
Hours: 37.5 hours per week (Monday – Friday, with 1x day per week working from home)

Thompson & Terry Recruitment are delighted to be working with a highly regarded and well-established property business who are looking to recruit an organised and proactive PA / Property Administrator to join their Asset Management team, based in their head office in North Oxford.
In this varied and fast-paced role, the PA / Property Administrator will provide essential administrative and personal assistant support to the Managing Director and wider property team, ensuring the smooth running of daily operations and delivering a consistently high standard of service to clients.
As PA / Property Administrator, you will manage inboxes, coordinate diaries and meetings, handle incoming enquiries, and support the preparation of reports, presentations, and key documentation. You will play an important role in maintaining internal systems, assisting with compliance processes, and ensuring that administrative procedures are followed efficiently.
The successful candidate will therefore be a confident communicator, comfortable building relationships with clients, colleagues, and contractors, while also being highly organised and able to manage multiple priorities. Requirements

Previous experience within an administrative, PA, or customer service role

Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

Confident, professional, and well-presented

Proactive and able to use initiative to anticipate needs

Good attention to detail and accuracy

Comfortable using Microsoft Office and general IT systems

Flexible and adaptable, with a positive approach to work

Property experience beneficial but not essential
