Pastoral Support Assistant - Northwich, Cheshire

Some young people don't need more intervention. They need one adult who actually listens.
As a Pastoral Support Assistant, you'll work with pupils who are struggling, not always academically, but emotionally. Young people going through difficult times at home, young people who've stopped engaging, young people who need a trusted, consistent presence to help them reconnect with school.
