Our client is seeking a Logistics Assistant to join their friendly operations team in Huntingdon.
This is a part-time role for an initial period of 6 months.
Key responsibilities include:

Processing incoming goods and preparing customer orders for dispatch

Coordinating deliveries, collections and courier services

Supporting customer returns and repair processes

Liaising with customers and suppliers to provide updates on orders and deliveries
-
Assisting with stock control and inventory management activities
-
Maintaining accurate records and completing general administrative tasks
-
Supporting the wider operations team to ensure a smooth and efficient service
The successful candidate:

Has strong organisational skills and excellent attention to detail

Enjoys working in a team environment
-
Is proactive and able to manage their own workload
-
Has strong communication and customer service skills
-
Is comfortable using Microsoft Office applications
-
Takes a positive and flexible approach to work

Previous experience in logistics, shipping, customer service, administration or operations would be advantageous, but is not essential.
