FLT Driver/Warehouse Operative
Location: Trentham, ST4 area
Contract Type: Temporary- 2 weeks initially
Hourly Rate: From £13.06
Working Pattern: Full Time Monday- Thursday 8:00AM-4:30PM and Friday 8:00AM-2:00PM
We're on the lookout for an enthusiastic and professional FLT Driver/Warehouse Operative to join our vibrant manufacturing client in Stoke On Trent. If you have a passion for logistics and a keen eye for detail, this is the perfect opportunity for you!
What You'll Do:
As a key member of our warehouse team, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring our operations run smoothly. Your responsibilities will include:
Operating a Forklift Truck (FLT) with a counterbalance licence
Safely transporting goods around the warehouse
Loading and unloading deliveries with precision
Maintaining an organised and efficient workspace
Collaborating with team members to meet daily targets
Keeping accurate records and logs for inventory management
Driving of vans between neighbouring sites
What We're Looking For:
To thrive in this role, you'll need:
A valid FLT counterbalance licence
Strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy in all tasks
Excellent communication skills to work effectively with the team
A positive attitude and a willingness to contribute to a lively work environment
Valid UK driving licence- essential
