Processing returns and customer credits using Sage

Working alongside the Sales Team to support customer satisfaction

Providing efficient and professional customer support
Skills & Experience

Excellent telephone and communication skills

Ability to stay calm and organised in a fast-paced environment

Strong attention to detail and time management skills

Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office

Previous customer service experience preferred, but not essential
