Previous experience of working in an office environment providing administrative business support to a busy team of professionals.
Organisation of meetings, managing diaries and emails, attendance at meetings to take minutes and production of update reports.
Raising of purchase orders and processing of invoices for payment.
Computer literate with good experience of using MS Office software, in particularly Outlook, Word and Excel
