Training Shift: Monday to Friday, 5:00am - 1:30pm (first 3 weeks)
Moving to Shift: Monday to Friday, 9:00am - 6:30pm
Own transport required due to location. This is a 3 month temp role.
We are recruiting for a Food Mixer / Production Operative to join a well-established food manufacturer in Earls Colne.
This is a hands-on role within a busy production environment, ideal for someone with previous food manufacturing experience who enjoys working in a fast-paced setting.
To be considered:
Previous food manufacturing or food production experience
Experience following recipes, specifications or mixing instructions
Good understanding of food hygiene and quality standards
A reliable and positive approach to workDuties of the Food Mixer / Production Operative will include:
Mixing ingredients and products to set recipes and specifications
Preparing batches and ensuring accurate measurements
Monitoring product quality throughout the production process
Completing daily cleaning and hygiene duties
Following food safety and manufacturing procedures at all times
Recording production information where required
Supporting other production areas during busy periods
Maintaining a clean and organised working environmentThe successful candidate will have:
Previous experience within a food manufacturing, bakery, kitchen or mixing environment
Manufacturing and production in a food environment
The ability to work accurately and follow instructions
Good attention to detail and quality standards
The ability to work independently and as part of a team
