Monday to Friday, 6am to 4pm – with the possibility of working 6am to 6pm

45 hours per week

£13.90 per hour – paid weekly
Please note: Own transport is required due to the location of the site.
As a Recycling Operative, your duties will include:

Manually sorting and separating waste materials on the process line to recover recyclable elements

Carrying out cleaning and hygiene duties to maintain a high standard across the site

Operating mobile plant and equipment where trained, instructed and qualified to do so

Reporting any defects affecting the safe operation of equipment immediately

Wearing correct PPE at all times and complying with all health and safety procedures
To be considered as a Recycling Operative, you will need:

Good physical fitness – the role involves regular upper body movement and standing for long periods

A full UK driving licence is advantageous
-
Previous experience in a factory, processing or recycling environment is advantageous
-
A reliable, safety-conscious approach to work
