Are you a talented Part 2 Architectural Assistant looking to build your experience across a diverse range of projects while receiving full support towards your Part 3 qualification?
Our client is a well-established architectural and interior design practice with over 35 years of experience delivering inspiring commercial and residential projects throughout the UK. Known for their creative approach, technical expertise and long-standing client relationships, they have built an enviable reputation for delivering high-quality projects across a range of sectors.
Due to continued growth, they are seeking an ambitious Part 2 Architectural Assistant to join their friendly and collaborative team in Shipley.
The Opportunity
This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience across RIBA Stages 1–4 while working on a varied portfolio of projects including hospitality, residential, commercial, industrial and heritage schemes.
The practice undertakes refurbishment, extension and conversion projects for blue-chip hospitality clients, many involving existing and Listed Buildings, alongside residential developments, bespoke homes and interior design commissions.
As part of a close-knit team, you'll enjoy genuine responsibility, working directly alongside experienced architects and designers while developing both your technical and creative skills.
Responsibilities

Assisting with projects across RIBA Stages 1–4

Producing planning and Building Regulations packages

Preparing design and technical drawings

Liaising with clients, consultants and local authorities

Assisting with tender and construction information

Supporting architectural and interior design projects
About You
-
RIBA Part 2 qualified
-
Ideally 2+ years' experience within an architectural practice

Experience working across RIBA Stages 1–4

Good understanding of planning and Building Regulations processes

Strong communication and organisational skills
-
Proactive, enthusiastic and keen to develop your career

An interest in interior design would be advantageous
