About the RoleAs a Customer Service Representative at Trescal, you will be the first point of contact for our valued customers, ensuring their enquiries are handled efficiently and professionally. Your role will involve managing incoming calls and emails, providing accurate information regarding our calibration services, and supporting customers throughout their journey with us. You will maintain up-to-date records using our bespoke systems, resolve queries in a timely manner, and work closely with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction. Additional responsibilities include processing orders, updating customer account details, and supporting general administrative tasks. All activities must be carried out in line with company procedures and with a commitment to delivering excellent service. Occasionally, you may be required to undertake other duties within your capability, for which training will be provided where necessary.

Requirements
• Previous experience in a customer service or call centre environment is desirable but not essential • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Strong attention to detail and a professional telephone manner • Able to work effectively as part of a team and independently • Good organisational and administrative abilities • Computer literate, with experience using Microsoft Office and CRM systems • Ability to handle and resolve customer queries with a positive attitude • Willingness to learn and develop within the role • GCSEs (or equivalent) in English and Maths preferred • Commitment to upholding Trescal’s values, including environmental sustainability and customer focus
