A well-established property services company based in the Waltham Abbey area is seeking a Customer Services Administrator to join their friendly and growing team.
This is a varied office-based role focused on handling customer enquiries, booking appointments, and coordinating maintenance visits relating to property treatment and repair services.
Key Responsibilities:

Managing inbound customer calls and emails

Scheduling appointments for engineers and maintenance teams

Updating internal systems and customer records

Providing excellent customer service at all times

Liaising with commercial clients
The Ideal Candidate:

Previous customer service or administration experience

Strong communication and organisational skills

Confident using Microsoft Office and internal systems

Friendly, professional, and reliable approach
