Key Responsibilities:

Managing customer orders from receipt through to processing

Handling and responding to a busy inbox of customer enquiries

Providing excellent customer service via telephone and email

Liaising with customers regarding orders, deliveries, and product enquiries

Accurately processing orders and maintaining customer records

Supporting the wider team with administrative duties as required
Key skills:

Previous customer service or administration experience preferred

Excellent telephone manner and communication skills

Strong attention to detail and organisational skills

Confident using Microsoft Office and email systems

Ability to prioritise workload and work efficiently in a busy environment
