We are seeking a motivated and ambitious individual who is eager to move beyond the tools and develop into a Site Supervisor role. This is an excellent opportunity for someone at the early stages of their career who wants to gain hands-on experience in site management, team coordination, and project delivery.
What We're Looking For

Qualified or apprentice-trained plumber or electrician

Based in Kent or Essex, with the ability to travel to sites across London and the South East

A genuine ambition to progress into a supervisory position and take on greater responsibility

Strong communication skills and a positive, team-focused attitude

Willingness to learn site management processes, health & safety procedures, and workforce coordination

CSCS card preferred (although support can be provided for the right candidate to obtain one)

Full UK driving licence preferred
