Job Title: Team Administrator
Location: Sue Nicholls Centre Bierton Road Aylesbury Bucks HP20 1EG
Hours: 37.5 hours per week –Mon- Fri 9am – 5pm

Role type: Temporary for 6 weeks with possibility of extension

Duties to include but not limited to:
· Collect all incoming referrals.
· Add referrals into Referral Meeting agendas weekly before meeting.
· Send meeting invitations to all participating clinicians.
· Respond to each referral requestor with referral decisions following meetings.
· Add accepted referrals to the waiting list, allocating timeslots where priority or suitability is easily identifiable.
· Generate and issue acceptance letters and associated documentation and ROMs in RIO
· Once forms return, upload to RIO/ send to clinicians, if necessary
· Coordinate and book appointments with families, schools, social workers, and clinicians, confirming date, time, and location.
· Create and manage appointment records across:
· Book rooms or venues as required and ensure ROMS are sent.
· Coordinate consultation bookings (Liaising with both referring clinicians and internal clinicians).
· Ensure all referral documentation is uploaded to RIO prior to appointments.
· Open and close interventions in RIO in line with clinical instructions.
· Update (Open & close) consultation appointment events in RIO on the date of appointment to maintain system accuracy
This role may require you to show evidence of vocational level 3 qualification or at least 2 years relevant experience.

You’ll have the following skills/experience:
· Organised individual with experience of working in a complex environment
· Competent with Microsoft office programmes
· Excellent telephone manner
· NHS experience (desirable))
· RiO system experience (desirable)
