Legal Secretary – Private Client | Milton Keynes
A highly regarded law firm in Milton Keynes is seeking an experienced Legal Secretary to join its Private Client team.
Key Responsibilities

Preparing and typing correspondence and legal documents.

Managing fee earners’ diaries and appointments.

Handling file management duties, including opening, closing, filing, and archiving matters.

Scanning, photocopying, and paginating documents.
-
Managing incoming calls, taking messages, and providing assistance where appropriate.

Carrying out general administrative duties to support the team.
About You
The successful candidate will have previous experience working as a Legal Secretary, either in their current or a previous role. Experience within Private Client is desirable; however, applications are also welcomed from candidates with strong legal secretarial experience gained in other areas of law who are interested in developing their career in Private Client.
You will be friendly, approachable, and professional, with excellent organisational skills and a commitment to providing exceptional service to clients.
