Rocket Staffing are currently recruiting for a Factory Operative to join a well-established manufacturing business based in Crick. Pay Rate: £12.71 per hour
Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:00 – 17:00
Location: Crick
Key Responsibilities

Assisting with general factory operations, including loading and unloading vehicles

Packing glass, frames and sub-components accurately for dispatch

Carrying out a variety of production tasks using machinery and tools

Packing, preparing and dispatching customer orders accurately

Supporting powder coating operations and raised bed production

Following all health & safety procedures and company policies
About You

A strong team player with good communication skills

Comfortable carrying out manual handling duties

Reliable, conscientious and eager to learn

Previous factory or production experience
