Location: Crumlin Salary: £32k - £35k+ Bonus Scheme Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 5:30pm

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and hands-on Warehouse Supervisor to oversee the day-to-day operations of our busy car parts warehouse. This role is responsible for leading a team of 5 warehouse operatives, ensuring stock is accurately managed, orders are processed efficiently, and high standards of health, safety, and productivity are maintained.

This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated supervisor who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has strong leadership skills within warehouse or automotive parts operations.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise, support, and motivate a team of 5 warehouse staff
Plan and coordinate daily warehouse activities, including goods-in, picking, packing, and dispatch
Ensure accurate stock control and inventory management of vehicle parts and accessories
Monitor team performance and productivity to meet service and delivery targets
Maintain a clean, safe, and organised warehouse environment
Ensure all health & safety procedures are followed at all times
Investigate stock discrepancies and implement corrective actions
Liaise with purchasing, sales, and transport teams to ensure smooth order fulfilment
Train new starters and support ongoing development of warehouse staff
Drive continuous improvements in warehouse processes and efficiency
Support with periodic stock counts and audits
Handle escalated operational issues and resolve them quickly

Requirements

Previous experience in a warehouse supervisory or team leader role
Experience within automotive parts, motor factors, or similar stock-heavy environments preferred
Strong understanding of warehouse operations and stock management systems
Ability to lead and develop a small team effectively
Good organisational and problem-solving skills
Confident using warehouse management systems and Microsoft Office
Forklift licence desirable but not essential
A proactive, reliable, and hands-on approach
