We're recruiting on behalf of a well-established market-leading business looking to add a Customer Support & Scheduling Coordinators to their busy frontline team.
This is a varied role combining customer service and engineer scheduling, perfect for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same. You'll be a key point of contact for customers while ensuring field engineers are scheduled efficiently to deliver an excellent service.

What You'll Be Doing

Handling customer enquiries via phone and email.

Providing first-line support and resolving customer issues where possible.

Building strong customer relationships and delivering outstanding service.

Coordinating engineer diaries, appointments, and workloads.

Prioritising urgent callouts and planned maintenance visits.

Liaising with engineers, customers, suppliers, and internal teams.

Keeping accurate records and providing regular updates on job progress.
What We're Looking For

Previous experience in Customer Service, Scheduling, Coordination, Planning, or Technical Support.

Excellent communication and organisational skills.

Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.

A proactive, solutions-focused approach.

Confidence working in a busy environment and communicating with both customers and field-based teams.
