Job Title; Production Operatives
Salary; £12.71 per hour
Shift Pattern; Monday - Friday 6.00am - 2.00pm & 2.00pm - 10.00pm rotating weekly,
Location; Fleckney, Leicestershire
Our client is seeking Production Operatives to join their busy manufacturing facility based in the South of Leicestershire. This is an excellent opportunity to forge a career with an established company with the possibility of securing permanent work.
Due to location own transport is essential
The Role;

Assisting in the production of goods

Quality checking goods to customer specification

Finding and removing faults at fixed stages of production process

Making sure production is accurate but still adhering to production targets

Inspecting materials for defects

Input into updating quality control polices
The Candidate;

Willing to work a 6am-2pm / 2pm-10pm on a rotating shift pattern

A willingness to undertake further relevant training

Keen eye for detail to keep up 100% customer satisfaction

Good communication skills as working within a team
