We are working with a well-respected client who is seeking a proactive and highly organised HR Assistant to join their HR team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to develop their HR career within a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
The successful candidate will support a wide range of HR activities across the employee lifecycle and work closely with managers and stakeholders to deliver an efficient and professional HR service. Experience within a professional services environment would be advantageous.
Key Responsibilities

Provide administrative support across the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, changes to employment, and leavers.

Assist with performance management processes, including supporting probation reviews, performance discussions, and development planning.

Coordinate employee engagement and talent initiatives, helping to enhance the overall employee experience.

Attend employee relations and performance meetings, taking accurate notes and tracking follow-up actions.

Support managers and stakeholders by providing timely HR guidance on day-to-day matters.

Prepare HR reports, maintain dashboards, and update workforce data to support business decisions.

Ensure all employee records and HR documentation are accurate and up to date.

Assist with recruitment processes, including scheduling interviews and onboarding new starters.

Support HR projects and initiatives as required.

Ensure all HR activities comply with company policies and current employment legislation.
About You

Previous experience in an HR Assistant, HR Administrator, or similar support role.

Exposure to HR processes across the employee lifecycle.

Experience within a fast-paced or professional services environment is desirable.

Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.

Confident communication skills with the ability to build effective working relationships.

Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and confidence handling HR data.

High level of attention to detail with a strong commitment to confidentiality.
